I've watched a lot of Cheezburger video clips , and I can't find this one funny. The chimp is aggravated because of the human laughter, which mimics aggression in the chimpanzee species. And I've seen what people do at zoos to provoke chimps to throw stuff at them; most of it is certainly not polite. I'm not saying that people who find it funny are bad - hey whatever (I'm sure I've found Cheezburger videos funny that others have thought cruel) but I personally don't think this one is funny.
