  • Cooooooool. Amazing

  • They are so cute!

  • @Nettcod LOL!!!

  • om nom nom nom nom

  • Yuky critters? What happens to the them if you turn on a Rife machine?

  • They're so cute!

  • where do u find these organisms,water,soda,what?

  • @kwilliams3161 SODA?

Dude you freaked me out there.

  • @Roflbrowser

    These are everywhere.

    In your mouth, right now.

  • @Ilamarea Awesome, free nutrients.

  • @Roflbrowser

    Cept it's them eating YOU!

  • @Ilamarea And my organism doesn't give a flying fuck?

    Dayum nature yous scaaaaaaaaawwy.

  • @kwilliams3161 maybe beer

  • gooood job,, wonderful

  • What are they feeding on?

  • for microscopic audio, you'd have to have a multi-million dollar sound amplifying sound tuner out-in recorder.... lol

  • Science is interesting. If you don't agree, you can fuck off.

    -New Scientist Magazine

  • how do you find these stuff!

  • @pokiemons14

They are fairly common in ponds especially around scum. Make a hay infusion with non chlorinated water and add a few drops of pond water . Leave it for several days until the water becomes clouded and then examine it with a microscope. Chances are you will see a paramecium amongst many other organisms such as rotifers ,stentor, ameoba, bacteria ect...

  • The world of crazy shoes. :)

  • Its cute going nom nom nom nom...... ^.^

  • I can see the contractile vacoule!

  • I find Shinedown's "Devour" very appropriate.

  • What I would do to be a cell...

  • they move fast

  • we experimentd about paramecium .. ohh the paramecia are sooo motile...they move very fast

  • we fed it umm red yeast or somethin

  • That is really cool!

  • do you know where i can buy microscope (Zoom x400)

  • Carolina Biologic is a good company to get em from. I got a microscope there with 1000x for 519, and its research grade.

I like the binolcular ones because you don's squint. I bought a Walter M Series Binocular Microsocpe and it works well.

  • good taste

  • I'm not sure what microscope we used, but there was extremely minimal backlight and i'm pretty sure we used x400 zoom

  • sound effects is all i ask for man.

  • Im gonna get one as a pet.

  • u probabilly hace yet one of them....in the wather, like that of the flowers....

  • Your body is a hotel of microorganisms my friend.

  • I didn't post this, but I made this. It is feeding on the rice bit we dropped in there by ingesting it, putting it in its body, and then putting the nutrients into food vacuoles (that will happen later.)

  • What microscope did you use and what is the magnification?

  • You should post the Saw X video.

  • you can see the cilia

  • James.....

  • i would do a paramecium.. its cute

  • what are you?

  • Lol.

  • @moncmon

its a new fetish thats sweeping the nation..lol

  • @fuckmehardplzz

To do a paramecium you need a microscopic dick. I am sorry but you brought this upon yourself:)

  • Paramecium: Structurally Designed For Movement

    - Hair Like Cilia Beat Together & Create Water Currents That Move The Paramecium

-Cilia Around The Oral Groove Draws Food Into Oral Groove

  • they're protozoans

  • Paramecium Week on Animal Planet!

  • Lol! Bacteria go wild when they see paramecium. Ha ha ha!

  • Nice but paramecium aren't really animals, but more like animal protists and related to amoeba.

  • @chease319: LOL! Are they related to amoeba? I think not. They don't change their shape, they do not surround and eat their food, they do not have them false feet and they use cilia to move. Why do you say they're related?

  • ...there both single celled prokaryotes. Nit picker.

  • Paramecia have nuclei -.-

  • Paramecium are sort of like amoeba except they use cilia to move. Cilia are hairs if you didn't know that.

  • lol oral grove.

  • Even a paramecium gets his 15 seconds of fame on YT lol

  • I wish we could get microbiotic audio. I want to hear this feeding frenzy!! SLURRP! SQUISH!

  • I tried to mic it but that just introduced more bacteria

  • It would probably just sound like moving water.

  • minotti

  • its simon im in biology

  • WPS Wuz Hur

  • Nice Job! I especially like being able to see the cilia & the contractile vacuoles working!

  • At about 1:25, you'll see the Paramecium eating something. AMAZING?!?!?

  • It ate a mini rock

  • @jba10028 inorite?!?!?

  • @jba10028 AMAZING!

  • @jba10028 It is amazing especially when seen with your own microscope. Now what with all due respect I do not understand what is so amazing in soccer. Watch people run after a ball AMAZING?!?!?!
