I saw the anime first then I read the manga, and I love Love Hina.

This Christmas special doesn’t happen like this in the manga it’s a lot different.

Narusegawa starts at 17 I am quite sure.

I dunno if this has been said, but Mutsumi turned out not to be Keitaro's promised girl. It just seemed that way.

Actually Naru, Mutsumi and Keitaro met at Hinata-Sou back when Naru was 2½, and Naru was the girl both Keitaro and Mutsumi promised to go to todai with, and eventually his memory of his child 'girlfriendS' merged and became his promised girl.
