these people are arseholes, i did a job with my dad once & we gave the customer a price on an estimated 2 hours work, it took us nearlly 8 hours as there was alot more work than we thought, but as we started already we took the loss ourselves & finished the job for the agreed price rather than keep adding money on, these rogues deserved to be named & shamed :-)
