yes, as a canes fan it kills me to say that campbell will probably be a wasted draft pick due to his lack of effort, and showing up to the combine very overweight, showing how much he cares about being a great player and working at staying in shape. I think he is satisfied with having alot of hype built from his softmore season, so that way he can get into the 1st rd. get his check and be set.

Calais Campbell will never make it in the NFL. He's handled easily at the line of scrimmage due to his lack of strength, and isn't fast enough to be a constant threat as a pass rusher. Even worse, he takes way too many plays off. A future NFL bust in the making for sure.

Agreed. He's the next Mike Mamula. He has loads of physical talent but not the desire or unstoppable motor that elite d-linemen have. Campbell and DeSean Jackson are the two people I would truly be pissed if the Vikings drafted.
