I'm sure I'm only about the millionth person to tell you this, but the rubberband trick, is just that, it's only a trick. the rubberband never shot it up his nose, it shot down into his hand. This along with a bit of acting, a fake sneeze and vwalla, you have a pretty decent illusion.
