@Geekernator21 dude, I highly suggest you watch the movie "Touch the Sound". Evelyn Glennie is a deaf drummer, and she is frickin' awesome. She hears sound through interpreting the vibrations, feeling the sound rather than "hearing" it. If one can use their senses right, nobody ever needs to feel that they can't feel music.
