  • This is one of the better LG OLED TV videos that show the full color capabilities of the set. I am making a review video next month on this TV directly from the LG OLED Factory in South Korea. I will also have a review video coming up on the 55LM9600 ( special hook ups) in next couple weeks.

  • Wait, why does it need to be this thin again? Seriously, that shit will break so easily! I always get static shocks from these TVs!

  • i will wait 10 years till its cost cheap .

  • I didn't know potatoes were considered point and shoot cameras.

  • i wonder if you'll have to pay an additional cost to companies such as DIRECTV just to watch channels in HD

  • The ps vita has an oled display would it be the same as that

  • u could have gone near , the bouncers will blend ur eyes

  • The LG Infinia is HOT too

  • can it oil my cats whiskers with baby oil?

  • @pkersoul I Think It Comes With Accessories For That. :)

  • Is nice but APPLE TV will put this LG tv to sleep!

  • @FELIPEROMEO fuck apple , only fags buy their products

  • @FELIPEROMEO You know Apple doesn't make panels right, all the iPhone, iPod, Mac and Cinema Display's panels are sourced from Samsung or LG.

  • @FELIPEROMEO APPLE TV? you mean that box thingy? How can it put it to shame when there is no screen lol! IS apple going to make cars too and put BMW and Benz to shame?

  • loool security gaurds to gaurd a tv reveal...smdh!!!

  • I NEED

  • ted mosby?

  • how are OLED's better then normal LED's? i thought that oleds were just for portable devices

  • @XtremeGaming123 Organic Light Emitting Diode is smaller

  • I'm really proud a's a Korean watching how successful Samsung and LG companies are. Yeah! Take Sony down!

  • The bezel is thin as a razor

  • I saw another video of an LG Canada representative, and he claimed there will be no sticker shock when this TV hit the market in third quarter this year!

    I highly doubt it!

  • what is the resolution of this 55 incch oled? i remember the 11 inch cony was $2500 and it wasnt even hd

are there 1080p? or 4k or even 8k onled yet? and is it possible to make glasses-less 3d oled tv?

  • @bulletproof2353 This is 1080p/ Flicker free passive 3D glasses/ 1000times faster response time than existing LCD TV. This may possible to glassesless 3D, but it will be narrowed viewing angle as like LG 3D smart phone and will be more expensive? :D

  • @bulletproof2353 They will make a 100" 8K glass-less 3d OLED TV with silver screen coded panel and THX certified surround sound

  • oh my god. i want that TV so bad. LG you are the best TV company in the world. OMG. Absolutely gorgeous. BTW Patrick, are you eskimo?

  • Notice there was absolutely no mention of the sound quality. I hate TVs this thin. I like buttons I can see and use. This thin means less space for stuff or stick it all in back. Or...ack.. full remote control. Ulkgk...

  • @EBTL0947 who in their right mind would by a tv like this and use the tv speakers? lol

get a nice 5.1 surrong system you cheap fuck

there is no point in having a set like this if you dnot have a nice surround system, hell they shouldnt even bother putting speakers in these tv that are over 42 inch , id rather buy the monitor version with no tuner and no speakers, why have a tv like this with a tuner even? your going to use an antenna? lol

  • @bulletproof2353 WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? Where did I WRITE anything about using the native speakers? I was high when i wrote it, but YOUR HIGHER for thinking that shit! I said he never mention how it sounded in his setup.

  • @bulletproof2353 I don't have a 5.1 surrong system but I have a 100 cm saran wrap.

  • @EBTL0947 The main control stuffs will be enter bottom stand, even speakers too. Thinking sounds importantly people will purchase separated outer extra speakers. :)

  • @nachtnite I don;t know what that @bulletproof2353 dude (or chick) is talking about.

  • GO LG & SAMSUNG! SHOW OFF YOUR S.KOREAN QUALITY!

  • I know how much itll cost!!! It'll cost you an arm and a leg

  • haven´t allowed to show my tv ._.*

  • Its a copy of samsung smart tv

  • BBC's 'Click' reports this to be $10,000 - Yikes!!

  • yeah, but can it play my commodore64 games?

  • My TV without the O

  • OLED tv's are not years away samsung just announced at ces they are releasing a 55 inch OLED in 2012

  • @boringlecture They may be releasing it in 2012, but good luck finding any 4k content to play on it...

  • This is still years (probably decades) away from being a real product, and one that is affordable for the average joe.

  • @neilcoo "years (probably decades) away" Where are in you? In 1986? I'm in 2012, shit like comes every two days.

  • Samsung is #1 TV Manufacture

    #2 LG

    #3 Sony

Sony announced they going low market by dropping Samsung panel for cheap shitty ones, google it Sony bitches.

  • nice TV.. even comes with bodyguards o.Ô

  • Have option to accept wireless electricity via radio waves or magnetic field and its a winner!!!

  • say I'll wait for sony OLED !!!!

  • @abdulla12z In 2015? Sony TVs lack quality that is why people don't buy them any more.

WOled TV is great LG really knocked it out of the park.

  • @funkyfreshrob Exactly right!! I used to live and breath Sony TV's when they were CRT's but the flat screen industry isn't where they shine. I've been shopping for my first HDTV and each time I look at Sony I immediately jump to either LG or Samsung. I don't want another Sony, they are notorious for cutting corners with their mid-priced products. If you don't spend top dollar then Sony hates you.

  • @macuser5555 I would take Sony over Samsung and LG anyday. I never had good experiences with both companies. My last Samsung TV died in 3 months. Warranty service was terrible. I had problem with image quality of Samsung LCD Monitor. Replaced 4 times, and ended up buying Dell monitor instead. And LG...I don't even want to talk it. With Sony, overall I'm very satisfied with Sony quality and service. Whenever I have problems, they always provide excellent services.

  • @abdulla12z lol which ones?

  • wooooooooooooooooooow!!! i like it

  • I'll wait for a Samsung OLED.

  • " HD TVs look nice but nothing beat seeing life through the eye" -Abraham Lincoln

  • i love it forever

  • if you could do a video on all of the OLED tv's in 1080p it would be much appreciated

  • Too bad this OLED uses color filter. I would wait for a real OLED not this cheap version.

  • you suck

  • Whats the point of buying a big, fancy tv when there's nothing good to watch?

  • how thin and sharp do really need? Makes no diff how thin it is when your staring from the front. You eyes also sees so much as far as color and sharpness.

  • "If it will be on the market." "IF?" Wait, if they are not sure they are even going to release it, then why even make it and show it everybody?

That's like LG saying,"hey everyone, check out this TV that you will never get to buy! Isn't it cool?"

  • @TheOwlCreek CES is just companies showing off what they can do now. it will eventually come out but the price would be way to high for an average person to buy one

  • can it blend?

  • @haryo070490 lol it aint the Samsung but that would be nice if it can then again thats copying another manufacturer

  • @haryo070490 Yes it can. IT can also go in between your legs. After all, it is the thinnest and biggest

  • Why don't you splash out on a HD camera instead of showing a HD TV in 480p, then I'll start to take your reviews more seriously.

  • i still have a SONY CRT because they have not reliced a OLED to replace it. what is the point of bying a LCD when it is so expensive and the quality is just not there cant w8 for a OLED ;)

  • @kyleslazyboy LCD expensive? Compared to what?

  • what is the resolution?

  • It's O L E D, not OLED.... Quit putting it together as a word... It's an abbreviation for Organic Light Emitting diode....

  • @cavaliers60 It's an Organic Light Emitting Diode not an O L E D.. Quit abbreviating it. ...

  • there is no point buying anything - the sooner you get a new tv the sooner it is out of date.

  • @teewoods so never buy anything and live a boring life

  • Your one ugly fugly dude.. find a job not in front of the camera.

  • lats years oled from LG was a 31". so idk what this guy is talking about

  • one word - porn!!!

  • OLED ... oxygen can kill it LOLOLOL ... sorry but tech so fragile well I am not interested in it ... and the guaranteed only to live 7 yr life cycle well that is fail too

  • @DeViLzzz2006 You need to update yourself. The first Oled displays had a lifespan of 14 000 hours or about 5 years if used 8 hours a day. However, in 2007 (yes 5 years ago) a new technology was developt which increases the lifespan of OLED by 65 000 Hours (blue oled) or 200 000 hours (green Oled). In comparison, a normal LCD back in 2007 had a lifespan of about 40 000 hours. We are now 5 years from that... do you really think it's still an issue?? Please update yourself.

  • @Windbringer Do you have a link to the new information ? I am willing to read whatever you provide. I have an open mind.

  • @DeViLzzz2006 ( cdtltd.co.uk/technology/status/ )Toshiba, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung has also develop a technique to further extend the lifespan of OLED by "improving light outcoupling, thus achieving the same brightness at a lower drive current." -Wikipedia

OLED lifespan now exceed that of LCD displays. The link above is just a simple graph comparison from Cambridge University. See the improvement from 2005-2011. And that is with 1000 cm/m^2. Any display only need 350-400 cd/m^2 output

  • Get yourself a decent camera man next time! waste of my time

  • haha the video they showed is of Vancouver from TimeLapseHD's channel "Vancouver City". Cool!

  • Gran Turismo 5

    yuuuuup baby...............

  • @CyberOri10F ....you know it :-)

  • That looks beast. I can see myself gaming on that. gearss 3 on an OLED

  • My guess tv will cost at least 30k and Sony discontinuing making them. Due to cost too much and issue behind making them.. Sony announce they called it quits yesterday on making o-led tv but will continue to make monitors for now..

  • fap fap fap fap :D

  • You know that's not going to be cheap.

  • i think that the LG tv's have a really good contrast, but i can't put my finger on it, but it feels like the quality just isn't there. the glass is really thin (i know that's to keep the TV thin, but it's cheap and thin glass) and the plastic that they use is really cheap and feels like it came out of a dodge neon. i would rather spend the money on a more quality brand like sharp or sony. i just have never been a huge fan of LG tv's.

  • @01iamaprofessional so basically, choose form over function. Got it!

  • @Jewkake1 no, choose quality over quantity.

  • This is LG like the nano led backlit lcd this wont be out until December, if its even out this year at all...

  • BTW Beats headphone are over priced GARBAGE for SUCKERS

  • hey Patrick!

    It's 2012...

Shoot and upload in 720p at the least so we can get an idea of it!

And last year it wasn't 10-12" it was 31"

  • Why cant people bring a mono-pod to events like this so the camera isnt mad shaky?

  • Idiots using a flash to take pictures? LOL

  • Unlimited contrast ratio. 0.002ms response. Cinema FPR 3D. 4mm thickness.

  • isnt there suppose to be a 31 inch one coming out to and are these 3d tvs going to be where u dont have to where the glasses

  • 55-inch OLED HDTV @480p

    cool

  • oled? I thought it was "O-LED".
