@JonBr84 Yeah Buffalo Wild Wings hottest are not that hot, just more oily and acidic to give the illusion of something much hotter. The problem in finishing them all quickly because sometimes you have broken bones in the wings and you have to be careful. I swear they have the most low quality wings there with so many pieces of broken bones and other hard pieces you could easily choke on but at least they still taste good.
