@LindoPhoto Yeah; you don't want to get the burrs touching, that's for sure! But if you find that the grinder is not going fine enough out of the box, you definitely need to do this first before pursuing any other avenues regarding warranty replacement or repair, etc. :) - Kat
@nationalteam6 This is included by Baratza with the grinder in the box; if you didn't receive it, contact them under a warranty claim and they will likely send you one. Let me know if you need any assistance with this. - Kat

Any review posted on the Mahlkonig ProM? Seems like the grinder to beat now but at a hefty pricepoint.
