I'm trying to understand why people convert to Islam. This sermon does nothing to help me understand the appeal of Islam. The hole in the ground, and facing one's own mortality, in no way adds to the appeal of the teachings of Islam. This man seems charismatic but very poorly educated. I'll keep searching for the appeal of Islam but so far it is a mystery to me.

Ok answer me this. There are 2 books: the bible and the Quraan. Which one is correct? Now you cannot use either book as a reason to believe one over the other. They both claim divine origin but were both written by men. You must have something outside of these books to give you reason why one of them is true and the other not.
