my eyelid gets dry so that i can't put on eye shadow without it looking bad.. eye cream is the only way my eyelids aren't like that. this lady's way off. maybe you might do this for wrinkles or something like that though.. but not normally

You apply eye cream all over your orbital bone. She went up a tad bit higher than I would on my clients but she is correct.

I'm confused. She applied the cream above the eye, not on the eye lid. Can you apply eye cream on the eyelids? The woman's eye looked better than before after she applied the cream... She may be right or wrong but at least she tried .. Thank you!

EYE cream is intended for the eye area. You can buy anti aging and moisturizing products for the rest of the face but eye cream is designed for use around the eye only. I never commented on her english skills I just know she applied this product wrong, many of her other videos are fine.
