On Snowbound I was throwing frags at the enemy, somehow stuck the guy in the back with a frag, and he ran behind one of those blue explosives on top of the 2 bases and killed himself and his teammate that was standing next to him.

P.S. I know it stuck him because the grenade bounces of the guy for a split second but then gets stuck back onto him as he starts walking behind the explosive.
