As for the whole, edited/made by thing, We use Jagex's cache and I don't know if Pali uses the ripped ISAACIPHER, because all of them are ripped from the cache. I think that Pali uses his own. So Jagex made the cache, but as for the server frame and content, it was all Palidino76. If we has Jagex's server, it wouldn't be that great, considering RuneScape is shit now, but it would have been great when it was 317-474.
The webclient is down, use the shoutbox or forum for client download link (dl total size is 0.01 mb), all files will be loaded online. Takes some time for the first load.. but then its fast.. it has full scr too xD
