I used to work for Bungie and I helped make Halo 3 and there is no achievements for the Silver Skulls as MultiLegendaryGamer said. Only the Golden Skull's give you an achievement. Also as maxandjp said you do receive Hayabusa usually due to it being the last Skull most people get in Halo3. Remember 13 Skulls unlock Hayabusa.
