I've followed Watts' career since he was 16 years old, and it is truly amazing the consistency of the level of his playing. He just gets better and better, which is not something to be taken for granted in today's concert world. He never seems to have an "off" night. Like Garrick Ohlsson or Emanuel Ax - three of the true (and sometimes forgotten) masters of their generation.
@chopinandliszt are you able to understand that the 'Rosa' is actually a woman, and that the male conductors name is Lawrence, and he pianists, also a man, name is Andre? even still, if that is the only comment you can contribute ... what is a troll like you doing watching videos of great pianists? and ... pianists and conductors that are multi racial ... etc.?

I believe had some sort of a tumor at some point. I know he had surgery. It may have something to do with that..

I hope he isn't ill, though carrying around that much extra weight may lead to health problems eventually.
