This brings back memories of watching an old Leach Packmaster in action that was on a cabover GMC truck in my neighborhood many, many years ago. The packer blade was basically a scoop that during the last portion of the cycle, swept the refuse out of the hopper and pushed it into the body.

Hi. This truck is part of University of Mexico (UNAM). In Mexico City are use frecuently and, yes, we still use on the street. Not frecuently, but you can see some in the city. Ciao from Mexico City.
