Question...I love organic blue corn chips with flaxseed as a treat (archer farms brand - blue corn, sea salt, flax, sun oil, lime) - 14 chips 140 cal, 7g fat, 18g carb). Should I stop eating them if im on a journey to getting lean? I hear a lot that corn period is the enemy.
Out of all the stuff done to get good glutes, is this the thing that you feel it there best? the dead lifts? I see you just are using a bar, so is that like 20 pounds? When focusing just on glutes, does it matter the weight of the bar?....oh kay, one more dumb question, is REPS the amount of time you lift like 20 for example are sets like the amount of times you do the 20, like do 20 - 3 x? thanks.:)
@krystalmonday Yes, for me it's the BEST Butt exercise as long as it doesn't bother your low back. The bar that I was using is 45 lbs. No, it's best to start off light when you're first starting these. Make sure that you're using your glutes and know how to feel it before you go up in weight. Maybe start off with 20 lbs... and see how that goes. Try 2 or 3 sets of about 20 reps. I bet you'll get sore. ps... did you see my chest video with the explanation of the sets and reps?
You still look great. When you said you did no work out, you mean no work out, not setting foot in the gym? How long can you stay away from the gym before you (or you meaning us), before the muscle goes? It seems like I can tell just from a few days of not going, wonder why.
@krystalmonday Thank you. Nope, no workout with weights. Just whatever I do with my horses. Mine goes away fast too. I've lost alot of muscle, but it will come back fast. Once you have it... if you take time off... when you start back again... it'll come back... muscle memory. :)
You always give me great exercises to add into my workout routine. I will have to try the bottom half stiff legged deadlifts. You already look "in shape", lol...have fun on your journey.
