The desk chair puts him up above the guest and this is awkward and just plain wrong. I have seen a guest comment on this in the past and Holly first sat in one red chair and patted the other but Craig just hopped up onto his throne. Somebody needs to correct this problem because it interferes with the exchange between the host and guest and one result is that it is irritating to watch.

On an unrelated note, Fallon on his new show sits lower, so when Serena Williams sat beside him she looked like a giant staring down at a midget. But even that wasn't irritating, it just seemed awkward and uncomfortable for the host.

At first I felt weird watching him towering over the guest too, but as I got obsessed watching his interviews, I noticed that his guests are a lot more comfortable around him than other late night show hosts. (rose mcgowan commented that she feels weird not being face to face with craig. - he said, that's how it should be. ) I don't know. :) I love craig!! he is hillarious!! funniest of all late show hosts. (next funniest is chelsea handler)
