10/13/09 S&P Emini & Futures Recommendations

Oscar. Double top? The transports & Naz are lagging, aren't they? Couldn't you call that a nonconfirmation? The Transports were the leaders, now they are the laggers. Anything is possible. But as I write this, evening 10/13, the GLOBEX E-mini is up 9 points on earnings reports that came out after the market closed. We may see a sell off on a gap open...or not.
