The PSI statistic can be a little deceptive as PSI is a measurement of force per area which means that a man who hits with X amount of force and has a huge fist will have a lower PSI than a guy with X force and a small fist. However, the big fist is more damaging as it leads to a more 'elastic' collision than the small fist.
@BeatsBySten they tested 12oz glove, 4oz glove and bare fist with Bas Rutten. the difference with 12oz and 4oz was only 20lbs so it doesnt make that much of a difference. With bare fist the difference was way bigger wich isnt big news but that a 12oz and 4oz had so little difference it was pretty much a shockker.
