One things bothers me a lot is that the producers/ camera man actually showed the scene where Demelez was pulling off the flowers head of public/ private property. My 1st thought when i saw that was a BAD public image for her, & an even worse public image of the AusNTM model...being Demelez here.

I dislike the idea that she's doing that & it's building a bad image of Demelez. I loathed the flower head part. But i'll give it 2 her that her performance was bit better in runway.

Wow Demelza really impressed me in this part, and during the casting calls earlier on. It's amazing to me that at her age she can hold back emotions and be professional like that. No, I'm not "blinded by her beauty" as you put it, I just have the ability to see her for what she is; a 16 year old desperate to fit in who has been bullied all her life by the 'popular' kids. In her mind popular people bully the less popular people and that is how they get ahead. So that is what she did. That doesn't make it OK but I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, especially if they make a mistake they genuinely wish they hadn't made and which they publicly apologise for.
