@surkhalam bussing was an attempt to let black students go to the same schools as whites & of course they would be drinking from the fountains. they just did it in a painful way for everyone. you need to read up. the pick...comes from the 50s & before referred to small children, blacks were fighting 4 the right to ride the same PUBLIC busses in the 60s, and bussing kids for hours out of their neighborhoods was in the 70s. i hope u r very young (prejrhighschool) not 2 know these things.

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that every child had a right to a decent education regardless of where they lived in Ohio. The legislature was instructed to fix it and find other ways to fund education other than real estate taxes , which gives rise to poor schools in poor districts, etc. Students in a poor school district filed the suit against the state. The state legislature is in violation and they are the ones who should be jailed.
