2.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers only build their levees to a certain grade, I believe a category 2. They then lay the responsibility of upgrading/reinforcing to the city. But of course, New Orleans' mayor did NOTHING about it.
3. When the mayor or whoever tells you to evacuate, YOU DON'T STAY IN THE CITY!!!!
Everyone knew the levees would eventually break, and everyone purposefully did nothing. The day the levees broke the rich people in New Orleans, Republicans, Democrats, were openly speculating about how they could "remake New Orleans" with no poor people, make it more "diverse" by kicking all the Black people out.
Once again uninformed people making stupid videos. how do you protect a city like New Orleans that sits BELOW sea level? simple you don't build there! There is no more $ for the USA because it is all going to re-build Iraq.

The Corps and the city agreed that the corps was to take responsibility for the failures, thus the blame put on a governmental agency. Which intern equals federal funds to pay for damages.
Don't you think that if that had really happend someone would have come forward with some proof of it by now? There are law firms here in the City who would pay at least a Mill plus for proof, yet know one has come forward.

Once again, a video about the levees failing from a group of people who don't have a clue as to what actually occurred. The Levees failed because the city of N.O. dredged the Orleans Parish side of the canals against the warnings issued by the Army Corps of Engineers. When you remove the earthen support of a T-Wall, it will fail if water levels get high enough. Once again, a perfect example of how influential the media is. THEY are the one's who said the Corps was responsible.
