  • I have a pars interarticularis defect in my L5.

It's gotten to the point that I can barely walk more than household distances. Doctor is telling me that if things don't improve, I may need to consider corrective surgery.

While at the same time I am going through multiple other medical issues in dealing with what we are currently calling "a bit of a cancer scare".

The problem is, I'm not exactly the richest guy there is and am forced to self pay.

What sort of prices should I expect?

  • I had this and its worth it and was open back surgery

  • i just had xrays of my spine on thursday april 16. Can Spondylolisthesis be found on xrays of my spine while lying down? or do i have to be standing up...i actually went to the doctor to check for hernia.. and he had suggested i go for xrays of my spine to see if the pain i was expirencing is related to back pain developed from work(Construction).

  • @canEHdian1988 Im not so sure about lying down. The Xrays i had were standing up straight, Bending forward, and backward slightly.

  • I would like to recieve more information on this topic I been suffering for over 10 years.
