Yes, this is a choreographed demonstration. The announcer is announcing different portions, describing which attack Shifu Chang Dong Sheng will perform.

This master does show some good techniques and applications. Keep in mind though that this is not push hands. The men that he performs the applications on don't resist, and don't try to counter his applications. It's just a demo of the applications. Still worth watching.

Beautiful technique. Notice the inside leg raises as he first hooks and then squeezes the upper part of the opponent's knee to prevent the counter. Very clever.
