  • Thank you for taking the time to present this video. I will be getting a pressure canner with the weighted gauge and I was unsure how I would be able to tell when its up to the proper pressure. Thanks for the helpful tips. This is exactly what i was looking for!

  • @Adreclifh i dont think so..i wouldnt do it unless county extension said it was ok. canning is not the place to experiment

  • How long can this be stored? And I guess you need to store it in the freezer? In the fridge I guess it won't last very long. How long? 1 week? 2 maybe?

  • @pkrska can be stored one to 2 years...probably longer however experts say the food loses some of its nutritional value..no freezer involved..thats the beauty of it
