David's points were the classical conservative arguments that government needs to protect society from itself. Todd was providing logical points because he was saying that the bottomline is that people should be able to enter any kind of contract in a free society. And I like the hugh hefner point that was pretty good.

Todd's points were valid, David's were not. But too much intro and extro, and not enough material for the clip length.
