Yeah I was pissed when I heard this. Completely the other driver's fault, yet Bill still got a warning from what I've heard. I was so scared when I heard this last month, I'm so glad Bill ended up being okay. His music saved my life, and even though I don't know him personally and he doesn't even know I exist, I don't know what I'd do if I lost him.
