The lack of assaultive behavior from the suspect doenst mean he isnt resisting. Further nothing here shows wheather or not the gun was the ONLY weapon he had. This is a perfect case for disengagement and use of a Taser. If not equiped with one a perfect case for a mass beating into the ground to effect the arrest safely.
