can the average woman put the mast to its fully extended position with 20lbs of antenna on it abd how much wind can it handle with same weight load.

@eogg25 It might be difficult to push the last section with 20 lbs. but this is feasible. For the wind speed, it mostly depends on wind side area of the antenna.
