Another masterpiece made here. You managed to go through the dampest of conditions to get these fine shots. It was a real treat to get Clan Line doing this run.
About 600 tons on behind, including the 67, and she handles it with no effort at all. It would be most interesting to see what she could do up Shap, with a crew who were familiar with her.
Nice footage on a miserable day. Clan seems to run like a well oiled sowing machine, and is a credit to the team behind her. Would be interesting to see the loco "up north" on the S&C or over Shap.
merchant navies are magnficent engines. i only wish more of them were restored
