all u need to do is hold the power button for 2 or 5 seconds.....untill the first beep i think. that should reset it to the PS3 os.

And btw the reson it doesn't start back upto The PS3's OS is because u have set the default os to the other one thats been installed.

When I got this problem I just shut my PS3 off, then turn it back on, and then hold down the power/stand by button untill it turns back to stand by mode, then press it again, and it boots back the PS3 operating system.....I thought it would be easier for people would don't want to go opening the HDD slot, even though that isn't too tough.
