My two sons by my x-wife were taken on a Friday the evening after the younger one was taken by his mother with a sodomite social worker that was insisting on seeing his naked body in the medical examination room and was persistent about such. She called me out of the blue, unusual for her to do, and was relaying her concerns about this to me and so i threatened him to stay away from my son or i will stop him myself. A number of concerns arose, i tried to have something done about this man but it was a fruitless effort. Perverts in the Police service wish to protect him, i guess!

For example, i was complaining to him about trying to organize a "birthday party" for my younger son where they will be playing filthy perverted music. From then on i was informed by my x-wife of a number of issues which were making her fearful for the safety of our child. I used to work with a woman whose daughter had been sexually abused many times by her previous husband, the girls father.
Despite the daughter of 11 insisting that she wanted no contact with her father, she was made to go for regular visits. These had been supervised by Social Workers but it was decided to start to allow unsupervised access.
The daughter was very upset with her mother for not being able to prevent this.

In many instances, kids are being abused but the real sad truth is the Government pay for each adoption success and there are many vulnerable parents who have lost their children without just cause. The fact that the courts are secret is a breeding ground for corruption. I personally would kill anyone who tried to take my babies for no good reason. Look at the cases where parents have been found innocent of abuse yet their kids are sold and adopted. And this is UK. Legal human Trafficking.

Wow - that's quite scary. I am a social worker in Canada (Ontario) and we (at least my specific agency) will do everything our resources allow us to do to keep kids WITH their families before we will remove a child. Even when we do need to apprehend, our first plan for the child is always to reunite with birth-family. I considered taking a job in the UK but if things are really like that, I could see myself getting fired on my first day.
I should add that child protection here in Ontario is far from perfect but we are steadily moving in the right direction. You will find many horror stories here as well - some are heavily biased and are no longer horror stories once the other side is heard, others are completely legitimate stories of social workers abusing their power - I have seen both with my own eyes. I am happy to work for an agency that allows me to put children and families first - as it should be.
I just googled Baby P. - it's just shocking that baby was continuously returned to his mother!! Reminds me of Jordan Heikamp who was seen by all kinds of service providers on a regular basis and starved to death!! The government have set targets for the social services to have a certain amount of children adopted so that they wont stay in care. But because the social services find it hard to meet these targets due to most people preferring to adopt young babies they pick on young mums, disabled mums, single mum's and mum's with mental health problems. My local social service department told me that they would remove my twin daughters from my care on the day that they are born.....

I am a birth father who's birth mother and her husband adopted my daughter - I have never heard so many lies from her, Cafcass and the Adoption Agency in the reports and regardless of my feelings, the adoption was railroaded through anyway and my feeling were irrelevant. My daughter is 18 this year, and she will finally hear the truth and I will contact her.

I was taken away because of neglect and abuse, the scars of which I still carry with me. Thanks God social services stopped it. My birth family could not understand they were wrong. If social services had not intervened, I would have been ruined for life. I went to a foster family and, after some time, to my adoptive family. Now I'm becoming a foster parent myself. Here in America, there was a guy I knew from school. The government took his 3 kids away from his ex-wife for her minor offenses. But they wouldnt give him the children, he committed no offenses.

When I was fighting for access to my children it was FCWS. There were total inaccuracies in their report, it was seen by the judge, but couldn't be questioned. I asked politely if I could speak and was told abruptly that I could not. I still have the report. One glaring error, there are many, that still stays with me. Since then i found disgusting things about this man, Jeffrey Gordon Baker - a senior social worker from New York. Take a look at his Facebook page and you will see he has random young boys as "friends" and also belongs to gay pages and advertises his filthy immoral anti-religious gay performance entourage there. A number of concerns arose, i tried to have something done about this man but it was a fruitless effort. Perverts in the Police service wish to protect him, i guess!

Knowing what i know, i do not feel at all comfortable about this. Our son also shows signs that he is scared of these people and is afraid to talk during contact sessions except for a few words. I used to work with a woman whose daughter had been sexually abused many times by her previous husband, the girls father.
Despite the daughter of 11 insisting that she wanted no contact with her father, she was made to go for regular visits. These had been supervised by Social Workers but it was decided to start to allow unsupervised access.
The daughter was very upset with her mother for not being able to prevent this.
It seems perpetrators have more rights than the children they abuse.

2. If the baby isnt' born, go to Eire (not NI) for the birth. Give your child an irish passport.
3. Take all your papers with you.
4. Call John Hemming MP - and get a case worker assigned as soon as you decide to "emigrate".
Before the birth you can emigrate.
You have to sacrifice one child, to save the other.
A position no mother should have to face.

I cant discuss the cases, but i have 2 acquaintances who have lost their children in these circumstances. These are very real issues that need to be addressed. I have read the piles of documentation and they are not coherant with the people i know and love, there have been many infringes by the various agencies and we truly need help. I got the signatures of all the residents in our road to assist in the return of one child, she remains fighting as they try to process adoption. HELP

In many instances, kids are being abused but the real sad truth is the Government pay for each adoption success and there are many vulnerable parents who have lost their children without just cause. Mine have not been taken. as there is no evidence of abuse, (there is none!) but these women have made my life hell, and my childrens. Interrogating my little boy, humiliating me in front of my sons school. I have done nothing wrong. It is a systematic abuse of power.

Be prepared for the tears and heartache if you bond with a child and the birth parents win the case to take it away from you.
CORAM operate concurrent planning, to make the baby bond with the adoptive parents.
And when the birth parents fight to keep that child, you may lose it, or be part of this practice.
Both sides are victims. When your adoptive child looks for the birth parent and realises they were snatched for bonus payments, how will they feel... there are no winners.

I will not go down the road of conspiracy.
I am convinced that in each case that I have viewed outright MALICE against the person spurred the SS workers in each case to pursue their dirty business even to this day.. The greatest failing is that the poor victim was NEVER aware of what the social worker had written against them. So you see the victim was never aware of the FALSE charges against them. But if you are intelligent, and say 'Hang on a minute, dont speak to me like that' Then you must be a child abuser!! In fact a mother who does not defend herself or her child is more likely to be an abuser!!

There are TOO MANY and yet there has not been a Government inquiry into the specific cases. The expenses inquiry led to many MPs leaving Parliament like fat through a goose. Wow - that's quite scary. I am a social worker in Canada (Ontario) and we (at least my specific agency) will do everything our resources allow us to do to keep kids WITH their families before we will remove a child. Even when we do need to apprehend, our first plan for the child is always to reunite with birth-family. I considered taking a job in the UK but if things are really like that, I could see myself getting fired on my first day.

You might not agree with the polices or culture of our social workers though.
We had one that had to write to her employers via a neutral solicitor to warn them that the SS were leaving chidren at risk.
The council sacked the social worker for being a "whistleblower".
One of the children she identified as being at risked died. He was murdered.

I should add that child protection here in Ontario is far from perfect but we are steadily moving in the right direction. You will find many horror stories here as well - some are heavily biased and are no longer horror stories once the other side is heard, others are completely legitimate stories of social workers abusing their power - I have seen both with my own eyes. I am happy to work for an agency that allows me to put children and families first - as it should be.

I just googled Baby P. - it's just shocking that baby was continuously returned to his mother!! Reminds me of Jordan Heikamp who was seen by all kinds of service providers on a regular basis and starved to death!! However, the worker had 38 other cases at the time - I have 18 right now and THAT is even considered to be too many!

Social workers SHOULD put children first. However the best ones end up leaving the profession. Management want targets, take children into care. Can you imagine having to write to your employers who are neglecting children, which is their entire reason for existing. Then she got the sack. For doing what she was supposed to do. Protecting children. The culture is one of perjury and lies. The go/vernment watchdog OFSTED has failed CAFCASS in every inspection of 2008.

.... I was devistated but I channeled my energy into fighting for my babies. I got legal advice and went through various assessments to prove that I am a capable mother and that depression doesn't mean I can not care for my children. My husband of 8 years was behind me 100% and we got to keep our baby girls who are now 18 months old and happy well developed little girls. So anyone who reads this dont give in to the baby snatching bastards! Fight for your children!!

The government have set targets for the social services to have a certain amount of children adopted so that they wont stay in care. But because the social services find it hard to meet these targets due to most people preferring to adopt young babies they pick on young mums, disabled mums, single mum's and mum's with mental health problems. My local social service department told me that they would remove my twin daughters from my care on the day that they are born.....

I am a birth father who's birth mother and her husband adopted my daughter - I have never heard so many lies from her, Cafcass and the Adoption Agency in the reports and regardless of my feelings, the adoption was railroaded through anyway and my feeling were irrelevant. My daughter is 18 this year, and she will finally hear the truth and I will contact her.

The truth is that the LA do not even obey court judgements.
As Ian knows, we know of a child stolen for adoption WITHOUT A CARE ORDER.
And now the LA say he is adopted, but they refuse to give a copy of adoption order, thus delaying the miscarriage of justice further.
People find it difficult to believe how corrupt some SS and Judges, lawyers etc are, until you see the truth on paper.
Keeping the courts Kangaroo Style keeps the truth of legalised kidnapping hidden.

I was taken away because of neglect and abuse, the scars of which I still carry with me. Thanks God social services stopped it. My birth family could not understand they were wrong. If social services had not intervened, I would have been ruined for life. I went to a foster family and, after some time, to my adoptive family. Now I'm becoming a foster parent myself. Because I want to give something back of what was given to me.

What is happening in the UK, is that social workers are getting £12,000/$24,000 bonuses for each child they take.
Some have been recorded saying" there's nothing wrong with her parenting, but this adoption bonus will pay for my new kitchen".

Here in America, there was a guy I knew from school. The government took his 3 kids away from his ex-wife for her minor offenses. But they wouldnt give him the children, he committed no offenses.
So, I help him file a $800,000.00 lawsuit against the government. As soon as we fiuled it, they quickly gave him back his kids.
You have to learn to sue. Its not hard, you just be 100% honest and move with goodness and love. You easily knock down their lies, immorality and incompetence.

When I was fighting for access to my children it was FCWS. There were total inaccuracies in their report, it was seen by the judge, but couldn't be questioned. I asked politely if I could speak and was told abruptly that I could not. I still have the report. One glaring error, there are many, that still stays with me. The report said, "We, (my ex wife and I,) should listen to our children and allow pets" I had 2 dogs and a cat. My ex wouldn't allow pets. I could not question this. Dave.
