What is yellow heart disease?

It was explained in the previous episode.

It's apparently a sort of disease that archers get when the concentrate on the yellow target too much. Over time their eye begins to reject the yellow part and so when they shoot their eye is actually looking somewhere else. It's called "Yellow Heart Disease" because the character for heart also means center in chinese.
