@rotas75 Magnets can move the wheel -- if another source of energy is put into the system. Magnet's can't simply spin a wheel without an external power. The norths are attracted to the south but repel the norths, but both north and souths are near the magnet, and the effect cancels. With a little calculus you can even prove that work for all magnetic fields is zero, because the lorentz force is always perpendicular, while in work, force is always parallel to a movement.

@jpsousa4 actually spinning is a form of energy. movement in general is energy. i'm not sure what you mean by work. but geared properly to a generator, i'd say this machine could do some work.

@nhooker88 the magnets themselves aren't doing the work, IE: They're not the one's supplying the energy for this spin of the wheel: there's an outside power source. The configuration in the video can produce work , but it's not solely magnetic, and by no means is it free energy. This is /not/ a perpetual motion machine.

i'm afraid this is a fake, the rotor begin to spin only when the stator is almost closed, but when they open it, the rotor continue to spin even when the stator is much more opened.... is never been shown from all the angles while running, only when it stops.. check my channell to see the original perendev motor in action
