@traxxas9292 If this Tacoma Prerunner V6 then....Rear diff lock came with the truck (TRD too) . Look on your left you will see..2 buttons. First one is select Power and Normal EC-T = Electronic Control Transmission..Second one said REAR DIFF LOCK..
- I believed if 2.7L 4cyl then you do not have REAR DIFF LOCK
@2WheelinTacoma / I had a 92 Toyota p/u truck with 4cyl 5 speeds and I had 475,000 miles and still run good
22RE engine RAN with Mobil 1 5W-30 Synthetic All Year round, I changed oil 2 times a year, change filter 3 times a year. Most Toyota last long like that is NORMAL and Easy not like FORD Ranger a piece of American (thing) my dad truck burn oil at 60,000 miles (so suck and sick truck)
@CharlieDoan well ive owned a 1991 Ranger and got over 700 thousand miles on it same engine and tranny, BTW this Tacoma was made in America not a useless import that has parts falling off.
Did you have rear diff lock?

@Konlean hehe used to belong to my dad, he bought a Dodge, and gave me the truck, he was original owner, meaning I took care of it then and now :-D
