  • great....................

  • Looks like a Harley....

  • muaaaajajajajajjajjajajaj his almost done with the weapon responsible for the end of this earth muajajajajajaja

  • You probably need more flywheel mass. That's the one thing that doesn't scale down very well. Looks very nice, can't wait to see it run!

  • With this engine you could run a generator large enough to power a flashlight bulb

  • is or will it be slinger or pressure lubed

  • check the inlet and outlet push rods its well sick . good job mate . try a turbo on it lmao

  • rhis it works?

  • I found some old plans for your engine in an old magazine! It has an ad where it is called the "he-man" engine. In the meantime I finally finished up the 1936 Midget engine I've been working on for several years!

  • wow wow double wow

  • i want to see it run

  • How are u coming along?

  • Beautiful piece of work.

It sounds like. you need to make some parts stronger.

Keep going, it is really nice.

  • Stirling engine behind?

  • have you got it running yet? i want to see her run

  • Keep working on your engine to get it running! All of my engines take a while to get running. I have to re-make some parts. Adjust the spark. Make sure you are getting at least 3 volts to the spark plug. Use some more batteries. You can test run it with a Nitro engine Glow plug and some RC "Glow" fuel (methanol) Buy these at a hobby shop. Keep Trying, you will get it, and it will be a happy moment when it runs.

  • thank u for your inspiration i will not give up the other day i was trying to run it and i broke the crank shaft .

that is a good idea of using the glow plug i will try that

    thanku

  • how u made this?? i am very interrested in these homemade engines! i want to make this my hobby but i have no idea how it works!

  • @katieswan1234567 look up tim-4, electronic model engine ignition...

  • can you please make a vid of it running ??

  • it is geting very close i have reamade a lot of the motor it now runs but will stop after i remove the the drill i am at loss why so stay tuned

  • ok ill subscribe to you

  • check the idle....

it usually has to be mega high for such small engines.

    also check the timing

  • can u please show the working of this engine

  • Pls answer my question!! how did you made the carberetor?

  • @katieswan1234567 Your engine timing maybe off.

  • You should make a bulb engine

  • did you design it yourself?

  • no i did not but i changed the plans a lot

  • Why aren't you startening it?=( but veryy coool

  • What is your next project engine? Or are you making the same engine again? I built the Wall "Water Witch" A good 10cc four stroke design, good plans from The October 1946 issue of Popular Mechanics Magazine. The published plans are small ( you will need a magnifying glass) but they are accurate, and the engine runs well.

  • hi i am thinking of building jan ridders 2cylinder flame eater engine. your motor sounds nice can i see some picks or video that would be good

  • If you go to the youtube video "Atkinson Differential Model Engine" The very first still picture when the video opens is my simple four stroke from the Magazine Plans.

It has a 1" bore and 3/4" stroke. I used two home made cast iron piston rings.

  • that is very nice good job i would love to have a look at the motor

  • I up loaded a short video of my engine running. "Model Engine Water Witch Gas". It was taken just when I first got it running. Kind of rough but you will get the Idea. I am going to attempt to build the "Simple Four Stroke" as I now call it. Building it in Solid Works CAD, and making some improvements,(hopefully)

  • Very nicely built engine! I have the plans for this engine also. I think they came from an old magazine article. I am converting them to Solid Works CAD before I attempt a build.

I see some problems with the plans but I believe that the engine can be made to run.

Are you familiar with the "Trimble" method for making model piston rings?

Check out the Florida Association of Model Engineers web site!

  • look nice but its not work so nothing special for me

  • I've always wanted to build a small "real" petrol engine, and you're a close to the finnishline :D I'm going to subscribE!

  • WOW! ITS SO QUIET.GENIUS.

  • Hi I know this didnt work but what did you or what were you planning on using for piston rings?

  • i tuned them up out of castiron i first boared it out then cut the solid rod right down the middle and then crushed it in my 4 jaw and then turrned it to the size of the cylinder and parted it of it had good compreshon just to many other probs with the plans i did not find them all until i was almost done just bogey plans. i have now got plans good plans for a 4cylinder i am bilding

  • its bin 2 months scince this videos post.. ide like to see this bad boy run

  • sorry mate it will never run it it has to many probs i am thinking of makeing another on of a good set of plans

  • c'mon, run it up!!

  • Great looking engine!

  • wow great , fire it up!!
