Nope. The Black Knight was a wrestler named Billy Anderson. He wrestled the indies in the 70/80s and trained Sting, Ultimate Warrior and Missy Hyatt just to name a few. He was also active as a Ring-Announcers and can be seen one on of the segments of WrestleMania II and the AWF Warriors Of Wrestling Shows.

Apparently, it ISN'T Dennis Knight under the mask. It's another jobber named Billy Anderson. There's a match with him unmasked vs. Buddy Rose from 1986. Davey Meltzer's real name is Adam Michaels.

Dave Meltzer at the time was a vocal critic of Herb Abrams. He didn't feel that Abrams had any idea on how to run a major wrestling organization. Over the years of the UWF's existence, it received endless "Worst" awards from Meltzer. Indeed, the Davey Meltzer wrestler was a drug-induced creation by Abrams to rib the journalist. Nice to see one of the many gimmicks of Dennis Knight.

This is wrestling or should I say Wraslin at its best. This is athletic,physical and high impact action here. Way better than anything WWE was putting out in the era and it rivaled the action of the NWA if you ask me.
