In Russia... *insert your own joke.* But seriously, as an American I fail to see an issue with honest citizens arming themselves, no matter what country they are in. Especially if there is a bunch of criminals and corrupt or inept cops.

So why is the rise in gun ownership "alarming"? What I find alarming is that they weren't allowed to own them under the Soviet Union. Guns make criminals think twice. Guns make tyrants think twice. Guns make people free.

I wonder how much of this is linked to the rise in white nationalism in Russia, as opposed to anger at police brutality. IF the later is true (mainly against police), black america says greetings and goodluck as we have to deal with that shit to, and it was worse earlier!

Without guns there is no freedom! If you can't enforce your freedom and fight for your rights, you are not free, you are a the whim of the people with the guns.
In the end, the only check on the government is the people. Plus god forbid the evil Aliens attack(not just the Democrats and Republicans) we'll be ready for them.
