Wallahi, I Remember when i was a Kid, When i always came across 'Masjidil-Haraam' in the Qur'aan, i was like what What Masjid is Haraam.. But Subhanallah now i know its not Actually a Masjid that is Haraam Rather,its Called Masjid in The Sanctuary 'Haraam'.

Al Haramaain Both Sanctuaries Makkah and Madinah.

Besides them bringing over westerners to pump their oil, they'll prefer other Muslims to do your mediocre jobs. I dont agree with the clock either. I been here plenty of times and those towers and skyscrappers plague around this place

@Kiyamlol The clock tower I'm referring to (clock stand would be more accurate) is the small stands in the shape of a clock, giving the prayer times. As to the actual gigantic clock tower they intend to put on the planned skyscraper, I'm in agreement, it shouldn't be built. Makkah is a sanctuary, not a city in the sense where anything goes with development.

@Kiyamlol This Clock is a good thing in my opinion, it shows the importance of time in islam. the clock can be an islamic timing which is actually now used in saudi and some other arab channels instead of grenwich. the clock also does not ring bills but Takbeer "allah akbar" every hour.

Masya'allah what memories. I was in Mecca/Medina in 2001 and yes we always really miss them so much. Insya'allah I hope to go there again. Allah has created man of different races so that we can get to know them better, but what I see back in 2001 and in this video people tend to stick together with their own kind.
