sorry no offence..that was good but not spot on..this is my fav tune i know every not perfect by ear..an there was a few mistakes an some parts wasnt played fast enough an slow enough.. few small tweaks to the tune need to be made...an also tune in the drones an chanter..high A is off..its way to high....to hear this tune played to perfection..look up on youtube sfu simon fraser university msr2 2006 you'll find it..if you can play it like they do..then let me know ;)
@jonjeny It's all down to personal preference. You like a certain way the tune is played, this is exactly the same tune - just played differently. So, you cant say that parts werent played fast enough or that there were mistakes. For your liking, there were parts played wrongly; but they arent considered wrong to everyone.
@jonjeny That was good. I come from a very long line of piping heritage and i believe that piping can become too mechanical when one makes it so. i love this tune and i play it the way i like to hear it. Nice job.
