The only reason she bled is because the needle was a bit bigger than the jewelry because the jewelry fit inside the needle so there was room for blood to escape. Trust me I pierce.

@xtina1409 it is normal for your tongue to bleed afterwards mine did and you will notice a little blood the next day after it is pierced but if you are losing alot of blood and it doesn't stop bleeding then you should seek medical help but other then that it is fine

@xtina1409 it doesnt really mean its done wrong if its bleeding, it depends on your body, some people bleed, some dont, BUT if it does bleed like REALLY REALLY bad and it wont stop then they hit a vein and your screwed. make sure you go to a professional to get it done, i got mine in april and as long and you rinse and dont play with it for the first month it will heal good. if you want it go for it its my favorite piercing so far.

Oh well that makes it much better. Add water to the listerine and it won't irritate because the water will dilute the effect of the listerine. Yeah, that's something she definitely wants to do so it won't irritate as much. Yup. There are mouth washes which professional piercers tell their clients specifically to use cause u dont have to add water to it and it doesn't contain alcohol so it wont irritate. But then again this guy is so pro he does it in a shed by the tool he uses to fix his car. XD

Ive never seen anyone twist the tongue, a shed is so not sanitary, you shouldnt switch ur own jewelry and you shouldnt use listerine cause it has alcohol which will irritate the piercing. It's also not good that he is missing teeth due to the piercing he is giving you cause it means he doesnt take care of himself which means he wont take care of you. Id rather pay more and have a real professional do it!

Nessa, I got my tongue pierced last night. The only thing they told me not to eat was sharp food. like chips. when you get it done it could bleed it could not. It just depends on the person. Mine bled a little bit. You can change the barbell. But there is a certain amount of time that you have to wait till you change it. I hope this answered your questions.
