I can't wait to try this! I just made and jarred some herb-butter last night and discovered this video today, so I'd say I've gotta at least try it. I love the concept! I think you've explained why several batches of my baked goods have been less effective than others. Website is very attractive too. Brilliant idea, and seemingly a wonderful business venture you've launched here, Tara, one that I believe will SERIOUSLY take you into and beyond the stratosphere of your hopes & expectations.
Lately I've been VERY much into vaping herbs, and have been learning more and more how the subtitles in temperature settings regulate the release of different active herbal compounds, so it's kind odd that I didn't consider that those same temperatures (or higher) when used in an oven could also release those same compounds just as they do in a vaporizer. There IS something about some herbal compounds binding to the fats though, which is why butter can be made from vaped herb.
