Over all the video was really good, some spots the timing or the scene choice could have been better but overall i liked it. The scenes with Cloud and Sephiroth were well placed with the music in particular.

Linkin Park is very over used, as eleanorthegreen said. Honestly, the video was a good attempt, but it didn't really do it for me because it's similar to those I've seen before. Though mine aren't that much better. Anyway, I do think it's cool that you downloaded the Final Showdown from Kingdom Hearts and put it into the video. Try some different music, though.
