  • it looks good but why all this girls talking about this? remove them

  • All I can say is that the 30 day no worried trial. Cost me hundreds $164 so it's not exactly worry free, if they really believed in there product they would give you a full refund shipping costs too. The product itself is okay it's not worth the $469 maybe 200, the head had and torso pads are made well and so are the focus pads. But the base is not made that well, its flimsy.Your going to need about 300 pouds of sand to hold down. The DVD where poor quality

  • 3:18 (the beginning of the ending part of the video where the guy goes to kick) the guy falls lolz

  • Speaking as someone who does MMA... i want me one of those bad boys, it looks fucking awesome! It's like a heavy bag, that doesnt move, that accurately represents your opponents body (kinda) and fucking El Guapo made it! That man has a degree in industrial strength badassery. Basically, i'm pretty much getting one.

  • Their not actors eh?

haha that was the fuckin kid from jerry macguire

  • You're promising amazing results and a "life-changing" device to people that are not used to sport and do not do a diet. That is just giving false hope and promises to people. The people on the ad are not acting?? Please. American marketing is so agressive, it's totally unethical. 90% of these machines will end up in the closet, in the basement or under the rain in the garden without being used, no longer than a couple of weeks or a month after being purchased. Take my word.

  • @chispygato

That is the people who buy the product and don't go through with using it's fault.

People want a quick fix, this is a work out device.

Working out is hard work, not a quick fix.

If you have a basement or garage full of things you gave up on, it is your fault no one else.

  • @chispygato Don't you think that might have to do with lazy americans or people in general who are obviously looking for an easy solution, which it is, if you put the time in on a regular basis , but of course people are too lazy to even do that. If you eat healtlhy and go all out everytime you use it (which should be often) than you will definetely see results. Take my word.

  • Sell, sell, sell, bla, bla, bla... are u serious Bas??? Trainning home ALONE?? Yeah, it might work for the first week and then, your BAS goes to the basement... Do you really believe that regular people, who have no idea of fighting, will use this regularly?? Without trainning in a proper fight gym?...

  • Is there a way to pad the stand itself? Because that would hurt like hell if you kick that thing on accident...

  • 1:48 Bas was checking out her ass roflmao ^^ bas the womanizer :D

  • @koreanwizard94 hahaha yeah, can't really blame the guy lol

  • is this system better than a century focus master in terms of muay thai and kickboxing training?

  • @MapmanDex I think this system can stand up to the focusmaster. But with that being said, I don't think either of them can replace the heavy bag. There's one thing that isn't mentioned here about the heavy bag. And that is it also trains your footwork. The bag moves and you have to move with it. Also, I don't see how you can train roundhouse kicks on this. So I think it's great for focus mitt drills and also for doing hooks and uppercuts. But you still need a heavy bag.

  • @hulkout666 I agree with your comment here. I also think the heavy bag teaches a person how to hold their wrists straight and tight. I remember when I was learning to box it took a long time to get comfortable hitting a hard target with force because the hands need to be trained to take the impact. That is where a heavy bag also helps. This is a good machine for target training and coordination though.

  • Rocky Marciano, Mike Tyson, Bruce Lee....etc...used the HEAVY BAG....old school still the best....Looks like your Punching Pillows with this product....

  • hmmmm dunno what to think of this. I will check it out in 2 years, see if it is still alive then. (it looks really american-tv-shopping-alike)

  • @awhoergek Had mine 3 mtns and broke the head on about round 300 but they replaced it with a beefer design and head shape and I'm very happy. I use 10 oz gloves and hammer it like it killed my family. I'm 6'1 205lb and train 6 mths a year Muay Thai and MMA in Bangkok, this year it's coming with me. In two years I'll have already done about 7200 rounds and I'm pretty sure it will stand the test of time. I do recommend equaling your weight with the sand bags/dumbells etc

  • What is the diameters of the B.A.S.? Where I live everyone rather go to the bar instead of working out(so spar pads and a training partner is out) and the closest MMA gym is nearly an hour away. So with fuel prices I could probably pay for this in the fuel I save making that hour drive. Also I'm 6'2, so how tall can the head be? So how much space is needed for the B.A.S.? This would be great if I wanted to just work on striking and cannot find a partner or is just to icy to leave the house.

  • @stanzonal bas is 6'1 and look at him when he stands near it

  • Thanks Exarsh. I have no idea why I did not look up Bas's height and just compare. But I was also wondering if they did have diameter and size specs on the B.A.S. But I'll just go with your info and guesstimate.

  • great idea, still looks a bit flimsy.

  • Being a Norwegian, I´m not used to such spoon-feeding of information :P But I will buy this product. It looks really good.

  • haha ah a is this foreal?
