do you have to have a certain type of epilepsy or a certain severity of it to get one? because i have Myclonic epilepsy and i have absence seizures, along with digestion problems - why i think this stimulator would be good for me...

@txturtlelytiger Talk to your neurologist. I got the VNS implant after several medications were obviously not working to control the seizures effectively.

Put your area code on your video. or the Epilepsy Foundation's phone number or VNS' phone number so people can contact someone for more info. I have a VNS and it works great.

@MegaButterfli I had the VNS done 99 or 2000. I worked dame good for me. Its going on 7 years, siezures free for me.
