Seaking's "Nut Drill" Attack vs. Snorlax

Horn drill will only hit if the attacking pokemons speed is higher than the enemys, but it is always a 1-hit kill. Tauros with 110 has the highest speed stat of all pokemon that can use it, but by TM. Rapidash has 105 but can learn agility which can greatly increase speed in battle. Used correctly either pokemon can whipe out an entire team because it will always attack first with a 1-hit kill attack.
