@ctmjones bullshit, i haul a huge slide in camper with a 4.3 powered GMC 1500 2wd. it barely squats with NO helper springs and hauls the load very easily.

I think it can be done with an F150 with the addition of helper springs or airbags and a heavy duty rear sway bar

better be thinking along the lines of a f250. The F-150 might be able to handle a very small slid in camper.
