This was great! The song fit Tony perfectly especially the very beginning and in Undercovers. Both of those moments I love from him because he completely put himself at risk so his partners could escape and not be harmed. That's just what I love about Tony, when he least expect it he saves your life like that. In both of those scenes if it wasn't for Tony who knows how it would have ended!

Anthrax, a killer biological warfare agent, was found in some samples. It was delivered as a suspicious white powder. Hence, the emergency response.

As far as opening up the letter as he did in "SWAK," it's probably a habit of his before Season 5's "Bury Your Dead" when we find out he now uses a letter opener for his mail.

White powder in the mail of a government agency like that is now assumed a biohazard until proven otherwise. There's been Anthrax scares and threats enough to take the possibility seriously. They didn't *know* it was poison, but universal precautions are standard procedure.
